Terms of use

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Mob Dash on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it.

Gems and other in-game items

Gems, upgrades and cannons are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money and can't be transferred to other players. You get a licence to use them in the game; you don't own them.

Purchases

Gem packs are sold through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and those stores handle payment and refunds under their own rules. Gems are added to your game as soon as the store confirms the payment. If a purchase doesn't arrive, see Support.

Ads

Some rewards are available by watching a video ad. Ads come from third parties, and we are not responsible for what they advertise. Rewards are only given for videos watched to the end.

Save accounts

You are responsible for keeping your save account username and password private. We may delete accounts that are used to cheat or that break these terms.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features, rebalance items or stop running the game. We will try to give notice before shutting the game down, but we can't promise the game will always be available or free of bugs.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, TrueFoundry Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game items, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
