Last updated 13 October 2026
Mob Dash is a mobile game made by TrueFoundry Labs in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We don't ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location, and we don't sell personal data.
What the game uses
| Data | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress: level, gems, upgrades, cannons, records and missions | To run the game, remember where you are, and keep your gem balance safe | Stored on your device and on our servers (Google Firebase: Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions) |
| A random player ID | To link your progress to you without an email address or real name | Google Firebase Authentication |
| Your Google or Apple account's email address and name, only if you sign in with one | To restore your progress on another device | Google Firebase Authentication. We never see your password. |
| Advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and how you interact with ads | To show reward videos you choose to watch, measure them, and prevent fraud | Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the ad networks it works with |
| Purchase details: which gem pack you bought and the store's transaction ID | To check the purchase with the store and deliver the gems, exactly once | Google Play or the Apple App Store, which handle the payment; our servers on Google Firebase |
| How you play: levels started and finished, gems earned and spent, which features you use | To understand what players enjoy and where they get stuck, and to balance the game | Google Analytics for Firebase |
| Crash reports: what the game was doing, device model and operating system | To find and fix crashes | Firebase Crashlytics |
| A notification token, only if you allow notifications | To tell you when your free gems are back | Firebase Cloud Messaging |
We never receive your card or bank details; the store handles the payment. The game has no chat, no friends list and no way to share content with other players.
Ads
Mob Dash only shows a video ad when you tap a button to watch one, for example to revive after a loss or to double your gems. The game never shows an ad on its own.
On first launch the game asks whether our ad partners may use your device's advertising ID to show ads that suit you better. If you say no, you still get ads when you ask for them, but they are not personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Personalised ads. On iPhone and iPad, Apple also asks for permission to track before any advertising identifier is used, and you can change that in your device's privacy settings.
Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay. Its handling of data is described in the Unity game player and app user privacy policy.
Your account and progress
The game signs you in to Google Firebase with a random ID and keeps your progress and gem balance on our servers, so gems can't be lost or tampered with. If you choose Settings › Account › Sign in with Google (Android) or Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad), your progress is linked to that account and you can load it on a new phone. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Firebase privacy and security terms. If you don't sign in, your progress is linked only to the random ID on your device.
You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account.
Purchases
Gem packs are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Their privacy policies apply to the payment: Google privacy policy and Apple privacy policy.
Children
Mob Dash is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep data
Progress on your device stays until you delete the game. Your account and progress are kept while you use the game and deleted when you delete your account in Settings or ask us to. Crash reports are kept for 90 days and analytics data for up to 14 months. Ad partners keep data according to their own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Turn personalised ads off in Settings, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, including your save account.
- Withdraw consent you have given at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where they apply to you, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws. To use them, see how to delete your account and data or email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and transfers
Data travels over encrypted connections. Our service providers may store data on servers outside India, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own safeguards.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
